
SMS Terms and Conditions
1. By opting in to receive SMS from Life Adapted Fitness, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) at the phone number provided. These messages may include appointment reminders, workout tips, membership updates, or gym event announcements for our Lee’s Summit and Brookside locations.

2. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your training schedule. You can expect to receive approximately [1 to 10] messages per month.

3. User Opt-In: To receive messages, For inbound inquiries, our staff provides a verbal or written disclosure and requires a 'YES' confirmation before adding the user to any recurring messaging campaigns. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you one final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Life Adapted Fitness unless you re-enroll.
