Cancellation Policy
Memberships are to remain in full effect until you cancel it via the Member Portal at least 1 day before your billing date. Or you can provide a written 15 day notice by emailing your location 15 days prior to your billing date. You can also give an earlier notice to avoid any charges.

If you are the account holder and are paying for family or friends memberships, you must cancel all memberships individually. Under your account in the member portal you can manage family add-on memberships at the bottom of your profile page.

If you are enrolled in the 12 month term monthly membership. There is a $150 early cancellation fee.

Or download the app (see app links below) use the email you associated with your account and click Get Login. (This will send you a link to set up a password)

Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

When you are next to the main door hit the check in button at the top of the apps main page. And then you should hear the door click and unlock for a few seconds.

Member Guest Policy
You are able to bring a guest with you periodically for a $10 per visit fee. Please send an email to your gym location notifying us about your guests name and age.
