Monthly Membership options:

• Standard (No Contract): $75 

  • Family or Couples add-on: $65

• 12 Month Term: $65

  • Family or Couples add-on: $55 ​

         (All Contracts require ACH payment backup and an early cancellation fee of $150)​​​​​​​
