Life Adapted Fitness is about providing health and fitness resources and guidance. When you look at fitness today, there is a big emphasis on changing your lifestyle to meet your fitness goals. This can sometimes make fitness a discouraging and challenging journey. We strive to educate you and simplify the process.  As we work together to insert fitness naturally into your life, fitness won’t feel forced and will be a comfortable extension of your daily life.

12 month contract minimum commitment. After 12 months your membership becomes a monthly membership and able to cancel at any point.

Cancellation Policy:

***Memberships are to remain in full effect until you cancel it via the Member Portal at least 15 days prior. Any charges scheduled before the final date after the 15 day notice will still be charged. You can give an earlier notice to avoid any charges. If you have signed up for a Monthly Contract and are wanting to cancel, you can pay a cancellation fee of $100 to end you'r membership early via the Member Portal.***

PERSONAL TRAINING

Go for it!

Working with a personal trainer is a premium service, and we understand the importance of education. All trainers of LAF are required to hold a Bachelors Degree in a exercise related field along with being nationally certified.


1-on-1 Training Services:

-Personal Training (1 hour) @ $65 - $80 per

-30 min Personal Training @ $40 - $50 per

-Cardio PT (25 min) @ $35 per

DONALD HUGHES

Personal Trainer
CPT, Ortho-Kinetics

Alumni of California State University, Chico with a bachelors degree in Biology. In college I was a track athlete my favorite events were the 100m & 200m sprint. My passion for sports allowed me to have smooth transition into the fitness industry. After obtaining my Ortho-Kinetics certification I started personal training in 2015. After seeing the impact I've made on peoples lives, I couldn't imagine doing anything else. 


I'm a BBQ snob, I like to get the Z-man from Joe's and burnt ends from Jack Stack. Who wants to get some BBQ!

CALLI MARTIN

Personal Trainer
B.S. Exercise Science, CPT

A proud KU alumni with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Over 5 years of personal training experience.  Loves animals, the outdoors and lake life.


My advice:  Small changes in nutrition, and your daily life in general can add up to BIG results over time.  It's not about what you look like on the outside; it's about how you feel on the inside.  Staying active and eating healthy should be a lifestyle––not a "diet".


My mantra:  Exercise should be fun––it should sustain an active life.

Prior to attending the University of Central Missouri I knew how I was going to make a difference. I was an experienced athlete and avid gym enthusiast and I channeled that passion into a career. I’ve been helping people achieve their goals since 2007. My clientele ranges from Pro athletes to folks who just want to feel better. Currently, My training methodology is rooted in my background in Exercise Therapy. Taking a measured and scientific approach to training allows me to adapt fitness into my clients' lives.

Love to travel - kind of a foodie - Deep Thinker - and love my dogs Lulu (Basenji) and Chief (Pitsky)
